Meanwhile in Paris, creator and Pilates instructor Petra brings a romantic Y2K spin to her wide-leg camo shorts by styling them with an intricate white tie-front lace blouse, clear jelly heels, and a vintage denim Louis Vuitton bag. “I love camo because it has this effortless, slightly rebellious feel,” says Petra. “The key to making it look elevated is balance. I like pairing camo with more feminine or polished pieces—beautiful tailoring, minimal accessories, or a great pair of heels—to make the print feel intentional rather than casual.”

I spent months studying camo, so it’s definitely one of my favorite topics in fashion.” To build her outfits, she often sources clothes directly from her Paris concept store (@nioomaters_paris), which stocks Asian brands from China and South Korea.
