Paris Fashion Week is in full swing, and today we were lucky enough to snag a front-row seat at the Lacoste show. The girls were not playing when it came to their looks, every outfit was a moment. Naturally, we had to arrive early to catch the pre-show magic and see the fashion crowd debut their runway-ready ensembles before the models even stepped out. Here’s our weekly PFW coverage... and trust us, this might just be the preppiest event of the season.

Left: This pink jumpsuit look is the definition of a power move. The bold hue makes a confident statement, while the tailored silhouette brings a modern “girl boss” edge. The gemmed out Lacoste brooch adds a touch of sparkle, the perfect finishing detail that ties the entire ensemble together. Right: Sticking with the blazer and brooch theme, she styled her look with a Greek silk scarf reimagined as a belt, paired with a crisp white pleated skirt. The forest green handbag and classic white button-down balance the look beautifully, offering a timeless preppy polish.

The 2000s preppy renaissance is officially underway and we’re not mad about it. We spotted this look straight out of a “Gossip Girl” coded daydream: a cream cable-knit sweater, a silk scarf tied effortlessly around the neck, and a navy pleated skirt. She tied it all together with brown accents, a structured handbag and chic kitten heels for the perfect mix of nostalgia and sophistication.

Jamie Alanna Bloom is the Public Relations Coordinator at OOTD. Her experience spans editorial styling and writing, seasonal campaigns, and behind-the-scenes design work, all rooted in a deep love for fashion. She’s especially fond of subtle elegance, and a classic ballet flat, along with the power of a well told style story. She graduated from Syracuse University, and brings a fresh, trend-aware perspective to brand communication and media strategy.

We can’t get enough of this playful, athletic twist on classic prep. A striped polo tee meets an envelope-cut tennis skirt for a look that’s both sporty and flirty. The whimsical mix of colors and graphics keeps things fresh, while the coordinating knee-high socks with matching stripes seal the deal. It’s giving country club, but make it cool.

File this under future fashion forecasts: the chrome puffer dress. Styled with sheer green socks and heeled sneakers, this look is futuristic yet wearable. The chrome bag and brooch add even more shine, making this one a style note we’ll be keeping in our files for 2026.

Royal blue is officially on our watch list after seeing this look. The chrome blue track jacket and matching shorts were an unexpected and thrilling choice for the show. Paired with knee-high striped socks, Mary Jane heels, and a coordinating handbag, this outfit brought a sporty sophistication that we didn’t know we needed.

Tinsel in a jacket? Say less, we’re sold. This silver coat was pure statement energy, paired with a black pleated mini skirt and sheer black socks. She completed the ensemble with a sleek black hat and oversized sunglasses, serving us mysterious, editorial realness.
