Welcome to Volume 3 of our OOTD Office Edit, where we give you an insider look at what our team is wearing to work.

The OOTD team is booked and busy, but we never compromise on our outfits. Working in fashion means no two days are the same, so showing up ready for anything is a requirement. Everyone on our team has a completely distinct personal style, and I’m constantly getting inspiration from them. Here’s to creative women, cool jobs, and bringing our personal style to the office every single day.
Read on for our favorite office fits this month.
Fashion moves in the street before it moves online, and we're there to document it. Our team has boots on the ground in the coolest places around the world, tracking what people are actually wearing. Real people, real outfits -- that's what makes OOTD.com the go-to source for outfit inspiration.
This is the kind of outfit that makes you want to take the long way to the office just so more people can catch a glimpse. Nic built her outfit around a vintage dress she scored from an Instagram story sale four or five years ago, letting her holy-grail boots from Proprietors Vintage in Hudson, NY add a pop of color that feels straight out of the Winx Club. To finish off the look, she styled it with oversized vintage Chloé sunglasses and a vintage Prada bag borrowed from her roommate’s closet (shoutout Max!).
I stole this striped button-down straight from my boyfriend’s closet and paired it with a vintage slip skirt and suede brown boots—a $15 Buffalo Exchange find! For a minimalist base like this, accessories are non-negotiable. I layered on all my favorite thrifted jewelry and pulled out my Chloé Paddington bag (reserved strictly for special outfits because she adds a solid 10 pounds to my shoulder). Lately, I’ve been obsessed with pairing tailored tops with soft, feminine pieces—like a blazer over a lace skirt, or a silk slip with an oversized button-up. It’s effortless to throw on in the morning while still looking refined, and an oversized bag instantly gives off that "editor on the go" energy. I wore this for a packed day of shooting content and interviewing a very talented founder who will be making a special appearance on OOTD.com next week!
Nicole pulls off the ultimate monochrome summer moment in her favorite white Tahari skirt and white Zara top. She accessorized with a Frasier Sterling necklace in teal—the indisputable color of the season—which she’s been wearing on repeat. For a busy day darting around New York between events and connecting with the OOTD community, she kept things functional with a comfortable pair of black flip-flops. Nicole is fully channeling those effortless European summer vibes as she prepares to leave for a three-week trip back home to Croatia.
Jamie pairs a minimalist Brandy Melville top with sleek blue denim, tying a classic Ralph Lauren sweater around her shoulders for an effortless, preppy chic look. Her timeless wardrobe perfectly mirrors her fast-paced role as our PR Director. Next up on her radar? Gearing up to take on Copenhagen Fashion Week tomorrow.
That’s a wrap on our July office edit! Whether your workday consists of writing about fashion, shooting content for a brand, or running between coffee meetings, we hope these looks give you a little inspiration for whatever your day in the city holds.
